An opportunity has arisen to join the Science Department at RGS Guildford as a Teacher of Science on a full-time or part-time (0.8 FTE) basis. You will predominantly be teaching KS3 with the opportunity to also teach at KS4.
You will be joining a large, collaborative team working in a department with excellent facilities. There is a dedicated science laboratory with glassware, equipment and specialist lab technicians.
We welcome applications from a wide range of candidates; no teaching experience is necessary as full support will be provided to gain qualified teacher status but a passion for science and a desire to develop a career in teaching is essential.
The Royal Grammar School has a responsibility for and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. The person appointed to this post will be required to apply for an enhanced Disclosure Certificate from the DBS.
