Nursery had a brilliant time at Bocketts Farm as part of activities week. The boys enjoyed greeting and feeding the various animals.
Shell pupils enjoyed their trip Bird World, Surrey. They were excited to see the flamingos and huge pelicans. The highlight was being greeted by a green parrot that kept saying ‘hello’, resulting in lots of giggles.
Pre-Prep boys from Nursery to Year 2 are enjoyed a morning of hands-on learning about insects and reptiles. The company ZooLab did a fantastic job at teaching the pupils new facts and challenging the boys’ misconceptions about the fascinating creatures.
Year 1 had a wonderful day exploring Brooklands transport museum. The boys saw racing cars old and new, bikes through the ages and explored many buses.
Year 2 boys got their thinking caps on at Gatton Park where they completing a team maths challenge, a woodland treasure hunt to rescue some animals, investigating pond creatures and pond dipping.
Activities Week certainly didn’t disappoint and a great time was had by all.
