Many of our trainees follow the SCITT PGCE pathway, spending the full year immersed in school life while training with our partner one day a week. We work closely with South Farnham SCITT, an Ofsted Outstanding provider of school-based teacher training. For Primary and all Secondary subjects. Others start by taking responsibility for their own classes from day one, gaining valuable classroom experience before progressing to the assessment-only route to achieve qualified teacher status.
