Co-education
We are excited that the RGS will become co-educational, offering girls the same opportunities that our boys have enjoyed for centuries: academic enrichment and challenge, diverse co-curricular experience and outstanding pastoral care. Girls will be welcomed into both RGS Prep and RGS Senior, with phased entry from September 2027.
Future Ready
Our strong academic performance is the result of many factors. With inspiring teachers, excellent facilities and an eye on the world beyond our gates our students are equipped not only with academic prowess but also the skills such as collaboration, confidence and both the critical and creative thinking that they will need to succeed in the future.
Co-curricular
We dedicate time to co-curricular provision on Monday afternoons and five field days (Senior) and through our Inspire Programme and Activities Week (Prep) each year. Our varied and exciting programme is designed to provide opportunities for wider experience, for developing self-reliance and leadership. With over 70 clubs and societies, there is something for everyone.
