Mrs N Mendoza

Nikki joined RGS Prep as a Spanish teacher in 2010, bringing a range of experience from teaching early years to university students in both the UK and Mexico. Her work in all-boys and coeducational settings has given her a broad perspective on education and she is passionate about ensuring that academic success and pupil wellbeing go hand in hand. 

In 2017, Nikki became Head of Staff Development as part of the Senior Management Team and since 2021 she has served as Deputy Head (Academic), promoting high standards of teaching and learning while ensuring that every child feels supported and inspired to achieve their potential. 

Outside of school, Nikki loves spending time in the great outdoors. Whether walking, running, or sailing, she finds joy in nature and values the sense of freedom it brings. Her favourite retreat is by the sea, where she feels most able to recharge her energy for busy school life.
