Braganza House is home to the Nursery facilities, Pre-prep library, Year 2 classrooms, front office and medical room.
The Nursery is a spacious and bright classroom perfect for our boys to play, be active and sit for quiet time. The classroom leads out to the Nursery playground.
An enclosed area with shelter, a climbing frame and many toys.
Our playground features a climbing frame, beautiful mural, astroturf and the HMS Lanesborough Ship which pays homage to our School’s history.
Boyzone is an organic area of the playground where the pupils can explore nature and develop practical skills.
The performance hall is used to host a range of activities from workshops to assemblies and at lunchtime becomes the dining hall.

The Astro is used for a variety of sports, including Tennis, Cricket and Football. It is also a popular spot at break times.
The nets stop the cricket balls travelling across the field which saves practice time.
In the sunnier months, the boys enjoy having lessons outdoors in the Science Garden. The plant beds are maintained beautifully by those who participate in Gardening Club.
The Mezzanine sits directly above the sports hall and is used for various workshops, presentations and table tennis.
We have two fully-equipped science laboratories where boys participate in a range of practical experiments.
The art studio features a kiln room for firing ceramics.
No matter the weather, the boys enjoy using their boundless energy playing on this purpose-built equipment before school and during breaks.
The boys enjoy hot lunches and a salad bar.
The performance hall is used for a variety of shows and music events, as well as workshops, presentations and assemblies, and features a costume and props room.
Our fields are used to host many sports, workshops and our Inspire Day (where a large variety of activity facilitator come to RGS Prep so the boys can experience everything from learning about sports cars to building their own terrariums).
Our Design and Technology Studio is fully equipped with machinery, tools and raw materials.
Used by our choristers daily for practice and rehearsals. With a great view of the playing fields, it also provides the perfect spot to watch matches and enjoy refreshments.
Our 500 year old Tudor school house sits at the top of the High Street and continues to be one of Guildford’s most iconic landmarks.
The historical heart of the RGS. Big school is used for music practice, presentations and talks from Headmaster, Dr J Cox.
Our spacious Art School has a Kiln so our aspiring potters can fire their creations.
